Once your request is approved, we refund your payment to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it on your statement.
Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase date are not eligible for a refund.
If something is wrong with your order, please write to us first. We answer every message and can usually fix things faster than a bank dispute can.
